Hello all,

Before appointing I chairperson for the Minnesota Majestic Committee, I would like to take proposals for running the event. I officially recieved word on Thursday, that long time Minnesota Majestic Chairperson, and Tournament Director, Tim Gill, would not be running the event this year. I have had multiple members approach me about running the event this upcoming year and would like to see formal requests in the structure below. Due to the speed of which a decision needs to be made, all proposals must be submitted to me via email (jakesmsu at hotmail dot com) by 12pm CST on December 14, 2011. I decision will be made and announced on December 17th, 2011.
